2. Hosting

This site is hosted with ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Processing takes place on servers in Germany. Our outgoing email also runs through ALL-INKL.

3. Server log files

On every request the host automatically records access data:

This is technically necessary to deliver the site reliably and securely. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.

4. Cookies and local storage

Without your consent this site sets no analytics cookies. You can verify that in your browser developer tools.

Apart from the consent cookie, these entries stay in your browser only and are never transmitted to us. They disappear as soon as you clear site data.

You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings.

5. Google Analytics 4

Only with your consent. If you accept in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This domain has its own property with measurement ID G-LRZBXVP66T, separate from our other sites.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Before you accept, all consent signals are set to denied, no analytics cookies are written and no advertising identifiers are processed. IP anonymisation is active, so your IP address is truncated within the EU.

Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Data is deleted automatically after 14 months.

Legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR together with § 25 (1) TDDDG. You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, via the cookie settings or with the Google opt out add on.

6. Requesting content by email

In several places you can request a report, a breakdown or access by email. We process:

Only the email address is required, everything else can be left blank.

Double opt in

After you submit, you first receive nothing but a confirmation email containing a link. Only when you click that link do we store your details and send the requested content. That way nobody can sign up an address that is not theirs.

If you do not confirm, the request is deleted automatically and completely after 48 hours.

Proof of consent

As evidence we additionally store the time, IP address and browser identifier, both at the request and at the confirmation. We are required to do so under Art. 7 (1) GDPR. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.

Storage, withdrawal and deletion

Your details sit on our server at ALL-INKL in Germany, outside the area reachable over the web. We do not pass them to third parties and use no external newsletter provider.

Legal basis for storage and sending is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time without formality, an email to hello@musicproduc.ing is enough. We then delete your data, except for the proof data for as long as retaining it remains necessary.

7. Abuse protection

To prevent automated bulk submissions we limit the number of requests per sender. For this we do not store your IP address in clear text but only as a checksum, together with a counter. That entry expires after 10 minutes. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in keeping the service working.

8. Your music

This site has two tools that work with audio files, and they treat them differently. The distinction matters.

Release Ready analysis: stays with you

The analysis at /tool/ runs entirely in your browser via the Web Audio API. The file is not uploaded, your music never leaves your device and never reaches our servers. Only the resulting measurements are transmitted, and only if you request the result by email. Those figures cannot be used to reconstruct the recording.

Track Check: is transmitted

The Track Check at /check/ is a personal review by Rahim Erbil. He has to hear the track, so the file really is uploaded. You can provide a private link instead, in which case we store only that link.

The file is stored on our server at ALL-INKL in Germany, in an area that is not reachable over the web. It is saved under a random identifier, not under your file name. Rahim Erbil alone has access. We pass the recording to nobody, do not use it as a reference and acquire no rights in it whatsoever. All rights in your music remain yours.

You receive the review as a video: Rahim Erbil records the picture and sound himself. The video stays available on our server for 90 days from the day it is sent and can only be retrieved via a link that cannot be guessed. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, since the processing is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

Deletion: if you do not confirm the double opt in, the file is deleted automatically along with the request after 48 hours. After confirmation we delete it no later than 90 days after upload, usually sooner, as soon as your check is done. You can request deletion earlier at any time, an email is enough.

Instant Master: is transmitted and processed by software

Instant Master at /master/ is a paid, automated service. Your mixes and your reference track are uploaded and stored the same way as Track Check files: on our server at ALL-INKL in Germany, outside the web root, under random identifiers. The files are processed exclusively by mastering software to render your masters; the reference track serves only as a technical analysis template, is never published and is never used for anything else. Nobody but Rahim Erbil has access. All uploaded and rendered files are deleted no later than 90 days after the job, earlier on request.

For the order itself we additionally process your name, billing address and email address. We need these to perform the contract and for invoicing, and we retain the invoice data as long as tax law requires (currently up to 10 years, Sec. 147 AO). Legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract) and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (retention duties).

Payment: payment is processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. We never see your PayPal credentials or full payment details; PayPal tells us only that the order was paid, together with a transaction identifier. PayPal is an independent controller for the payment; see the PayPal privacy statement for details.

Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, since the processing is necessary to provide the service you asked for.

9. No sharing, no profiling

Apart from the recipients named above, meaning ALL-INKL for hosting and mail delivery, PayPal for payment processing if you order an Instant Master, and Google for analytics after your consent, we share no data. There is no automated decision making and no profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. The automated audio processing of Instant Master concerns your files, not an assessment of you as a person.

10. Your rights

You have the following rights at any time and free of charge. An informal email to contact@camperamedia.com is enough.

11. Data security

All transfers run over TLS encryption, recognisable by the https in the address bar. Beyond that we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
